About Our Speaker:

Dave Layman; CPTM, MS Ed. – Now a Performance Consultant with Integra HR, I am a Learning & Development professional by trade, and educator by training with years of experience as an in-house L&D manager.  Born and raised in the Capital Region, I graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh (Go Cardinals!) with my bachelor's degree in History and master's in Adolescent Education. I am a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) and a member of the Capital Region Association for Talent Development (CRATD). Outside of work I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and two kids at our home here in the Capital Region, playing hockey, or just having a good time with friends.
